1. Cleaning and Odor Removal Fee: A cleaning and odor removal fee of 1,000 THB per trip will be charged for each pet transport. We use a non-toxic cleaning solution, ozone treatment, and UV light to ensure the vehicle is thoroughly sanitized without harsh chemicals.
2. Accompanied Travel: Passengers must travel with their pets, and at least one adult must accompany the pet during the journey.
3. Leash or Cage Requirement: All dogs must be kept on a leash or in a cage throughout the trip. Aggressive dogs must also wear a muzzle during the entire journey.
4. Personal Equipment: Pet owners are responsible for providing necessary personal equipment for their pets, including a cage, absorbent pads, and cushions for seating comfort.
5. Handling Pets with Specific Needs: If the pet is unable to control its bathroom needs or has a history of motion sickness, the owner must provide a cage with a tray to protect the vehicle from any potential damage.
6. Health Requirements: Prior to travel, pets must be checked to ensure they are free from ticks, fleas, parasites, and contagious diseases.
7. Commercial or Illegal Pet Trade: Pets cannot be transported for commercial purposes or any form of illegal pet trade.
8. Non-Compliance and Cancellation: The driver has the right to cancel the transport if the passenger fails to comply with the rules, or if the pet is not under proper control and supervision during the journey.
9. Responsibility for Damages: The pet owner will be held responsible for any damages caused by the pet, such as scratches, chewing, or damage to the vehicle’s upholstery. The owner is required to pay for the damages based on actual costs to the vehicle owner.
