- The hourly car rental service is designated solely for Bangkok. It is not valid for pickups at Laem Chabang Port. For hourly services commencing outside Bangkok, please contact our Transport department for accurate pricing.
- Should your transfer service encounter specific challenges, such as steep or elevated road conditions, river ferry crossings, or risks associated with nighttime driving, these factors may impact the availability and pricing of our daily or hourly car rental services in the provinces of Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Koh Samui, Phuket, and Krabi.

All transfers were exactly on time and extremely efficient with very professional and friendly drivers. We had three transfers, with two of these being new Camrys, but our second transfer was an older Camry (Rayong to Bangkok), and not as comfortable as the newer model cars - it also has less boot luggage space than the newer model.
That said we would highly recommend your company and will use this service when back in Thailand.

"Upon arrival at BKK, I found the lady at the designated spot. She told me to wait for the driver. A few minutes later a group of 3 people showed up and then she walked us all outside. When the first car pulled up I thought it was for me since I arrived first, but it was given to the other people and I had to wait longer. The traffic at the pickup area was very busy and it was a while before another car finally arrived. I had prepaid for an executive car, so I was quite disappointed that the car I was in had uncomfortable seats and did not have much leg room. The driver was excellent and she was very courteous, but the inside of her car smelled badly. "

"Very punctual. The bus arrived at airport and hotel way before the arranged pickup time.
Excellent service- able to send English-speaking staff to pick us up and even provide mineral water & napkins during the ride. Buses are clean and seats are comfortable. Customer service staff answer all email queries very promptly.
The only problem is the prices for airport transfer are 2 to 3 times higher than the prices quoted by other bus companies. "

"Super happy with the service - you guys had to wait an hour for us to get out of the airport due to delayed flight and baggage claim. We were met at the exit with a clear sign and a smile and taken straight to the luxury SUV, which was parked directly outside the entrance. Journey was relaxing and felt very luxe with air con and water at the ready and leather interiors. We arrived in style to our hotel in Bangkok. "

However, the staff whose greeting me at the exit gate absolutely unhelpful!. I’m highly disappointed. My expectations are high base on how you advertised your company
I was travelling with my baby he didnt even offer to push the trolley, walked miles ahead in front of us without informing where he
was going!!
Highly suggest to retrain this greeting staff about customer service and professionalism.
I paid for stress free and Lux not to be mistreated.

Our Chauffer (Mee) was very professional, courteous, polite & very safe driver.
Little disappointment that my email request for a child seat was not read in time, therefore we travelled without the child seat. This has no reflection on the great services we received from mee and the lady!

A very friendly and professional employee brought us to the vehicle, which was waiting outside. A super clean black Toyota Fortuner with leather seats brought us to our hotel. The driver was very knowledgeable, spoke English perfectly, and was wearing a uniform with white gloves, just as the description said when we booked this transfer service. I would for sure go with them again when coming back to Thailand."

"I was lucky enough to have Ning, who had driven me to Kanchanaburi 2 weeks before, also drive me back to Bangkok. He showed up on time (and maybe even early as I came down right on time and he was there) for the pickup, which is always a relief. Ning was a calm excellent driver on a Sunday drive full of traffic and construction. He is also a very nice person who was great to talk with. He also knew that I had a back injury and made sure that I didn’t put any strain on it getting myself and my luggage to the terminal. "I have very good ride , from the steward that was waiting for me outside with a sign of my name very well dressed even he helped me ro purchase a sim card and told the driver to wait for me and he spoke fluent english , the driver spoke basic English but was easy to understand comparing to other people , very well dressed , offered me water and I loved his driving skill , calm and safe . He did make sure that he took me to the right hotel cause there are two hotels with the same name , he waited until he confirmed that I checked in .
The car was clean and well maintenaned , AC was good and it smelled good
I will use them for sure next time , I need a transportation .

"Company representative was already there when we came from Chiang mai and they we’re patiently waiting for us and the other members of our family that were coming from Manila. The van was spacious. "Not much to say. I have used the service a number of times and will continue. I use it to go to the airport because I like to know my ride will be here when scheduled. I like how we cruise right through the toll booths and I don’t have to worry about money while in the car. I like to pay in cash so my credit cards are not involved. The drivers have always dropped me off where I ask, gotten me a trolley, and put my bag(s) on the trolley. All I have to do is pay the driver and push my bags to the correct counter. Another good trip."
