TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: My wife and I would like your company to know how impressed we were with your driver, Mr. Neng. He communicated with us constantly, after we found out our bus was going to be delayed for a considerable length of time. Was supposed to get into Bangkok, Mo Chit but station about 5 - 6 pm. We literally did not get there till 9 pm. Mr. Neng was so hospitable and never once did he seem irritated about the darn bus!!!. He waited and waited till we got to Mo Chit, found us, and got us to the hotel in fine style. Very, very impressed with Mr. Neng. We feel that when we get back to Thailand, we would like to request he be our driver. We will keep you informed, but, as of right now, it appears Thailand probably won't let me in (foreigner) until at least January of 2021. However, the staff whose greeting me at the exit gate absolutely unhelpful!. I’m highly disappointed. My expectations are high base on how you advertised your company
I was travelling with my baby he didnt even offer to push the trolley, walked miles ahead in front of us without informing where he
was going!!
Highly suggest to retrain this greeting staff about customer service and professionalism.
I paid for stress free and Lux not to be mistreated.
I would love to speak to the direct manager on 025275385.

"I was a customer of oriental escape before and was skeptical when it outsources its transfer service Mekhe but wanted to give it a try anyway.
It was actually a very positive experience. The driver was polite and punctual. The car was brand new and spotlessly clean. The lady who greeted us the airport was also polite and helpful.
Two thumbs up for the great work. Highly recommended!"

"I was lucky enough to have Ning, who had driven me to Kanchanaburi 2 weeks before, also drive me back to Bangkok. He showed up on time (and maybe even early as I came down right on time and he was there) for the pickup, which is always a relief. Ning was a calm excellent driver on a Sunday drive full of traffic and construction. He is also a very nice person who was great to talk with. He also knew that I had a back injury and made sure that I didn’t put any strain on it getting myself and my luggage to the terminal. Drivers like Ning are the main reason I keep recommending your service to other people. I will definitely request him for my next trip. Thanks again for making transportation easy, especially when I had back problems and really needed the help!"
