"We have taken many tours/excursions and this was the best experience we have ever had. Everything was even better than hoped for. Our guide "Water" was fantastic. Not only did she speak excellent English but was funny , knowledgeable, and had the ability to convey local knowledge about marble mountain, the silk factory, rice paper tour, but especially Hoi An. We cannot say enough about how great she made our experience. The tour was about 11 hrs and was almost perfect in every way. To some the price may have seemed a little high but when compared to ships tours and the personal service(just the 2 of us and the driver and our tour guide water) it was a bargain. Highly recommend this company to everyone. If there was any drawback it was the disembargarking from the small boat to the island to see how rice paper was made. We are Seniors and for us it was a little challenging. Once again Water was great."

We hired a luxury van with a driver for the whole day, and what an experience
Truly five star
The driver ( balle or bill ....not sure due to accent) , was incredibly accommodating ... no matter what we were looking for , he would make sure we got to experience
The van had a very nice fruit basket as well as snacks, all free, not to mention cold wet towels at every stop..... and all of it for a price cheaper than a taxi

"The transfer to Bangkok was very good. The driver arrived early at the cruise terminal and was very helpful and professional.
The transfer from Bangkok to the cruise terminal was not as good. The driver arrived early and managed to negotiate the narrow roads near the hotel. However, he spent much of the journey talking on his phone. Most of this was hands-free but on occasion he did seem to have an actual phone in his hand or was swapping it over. Not sure what he was doing but obviously we would have preferred it if he had given his full attention to driving us to the terminal."
